Level 1
24 hour nationwide roadside assistance. Service starts one mile away from your base.. With 80% of vehicles are fixed by the roadside. If no repair is possible or your vehicle cannot be repaired in a reasonable time, we will recover your vehicle to a local repairer.

Level 2
Includes Nationwide breakdown assistance (starting 1 mile away from your base) with local tow to a repairer. Where no repair is possible within a reasonable time, we will recover the vehicle to any UK destination.
Level 3
All the benefits of level 2 are included with the addition of assistance at your operating base.
Level 4
Gives customers assistance when traveling in the UK and Europe, including 24 hour roadside assistance and recovery to any UK destination. Overnight accommodation for the driver.
